Over the past few years the way that people buy and sell residential real estate has changed dramatically
With the advent of the computerized MLS system, email, text, and all of the new smart phones we have seen the business evolve into one where, in many cases, the agent and client rarely speak face to face. I have mixed emotions about this change because I embrace the change as a much better and more efficient way of transacting business, however, the personal side of the business has taken a hit. My question to you, the consumer, is what and how would you like the experience to look and feel like when you buy and sell? We are in an enviable position in that, as Real Estate Professionals, we have the ability and tools to mold our service to fit your needs. We are very interested to understand what your expectations are and how we can satisfy them. So I ask again: What would you like the real estate buying and selling experience to look and feel like?
