The federal government will come to the aid of distressed California home owners to the tune of $700,000,000 as reported in the attached San Jose Mercury News Article. It is unclear how much of this will benefit distressed owners of Danville and San RamonSold Alamo Home 150x150 latest news real estate because there are caps on household earnings but it is being looked at as a step in the right direction for keeping foreclosures down and allowing people to either stay in their homes or perform a short sale.
