Well here is an interesting graph!! Median sales prices of Danville Real Estate is on the upswing. The following graph is for all sales through July 2011. In contrast when we looked at San Ramon yesterday we saw prices basically flat. Just goes to show that the Bay Area Real Estate market is highly localized.
