The attached Bloomberg Business Week Article provides conflicting arguments regarding the economic recovery for the United States. The article quotes a well respected Economists and a Financier who have completely differing views regarding the state of our economy and where we will go from here. The financier is quoted as saying that it is a great time to buy real estate, especially in California and from my own personal observations I would agree at least in the Danville and San Ramon real estate
markets. On fact the entire Bay Area seems to be recovering. Foreclosures are down in lieu of better short sale processes from the banks.
