The Danville Real Estate Market, Here is the Real Story

I have been in constant discussions either in person, on the phone, or via blog posts regarding the current real estate market. In this video a specifically discuss Danville Real Estate and what the market has been doing over the 12 months. In order to provide this analysis I took a snapshot of the market in April 2009 and compare it with the market in April 2010. The data includes short sales and foreclosures so it is very accurate.
