Homes in this city tend to priced between the high priced homes in Walnut Creek and Lafayette and the lower priced homes in Martinez and Concord. The interest activity in this graph is the recent spike up in average time on market. For the most part I believe that this has more to do with the seasonality of the market and should level off after the holidays.
