This video discusses the real estate market in the east bay area cities of San Ramon and Danville. I do believe that in general the information also applies to most Bay Area towns and cities with the exceptions being in the outlying area’s.
This video is from last year, in 2010, and discusses what the real estate market was like in the east bay town of Danville and San Ramon. Every once in a while I like o contrast the earlier market with what we are seeing today. This helps determine if there are any trends in the annual real estate cycles for certain area’s.
