While reviewing recent real estate news I came across an article in CNBC titled “No Rise in Home Prices Until 2020-Bankers” The article goes on to paint a bleak picture of our current real estate market and offers a very pessimistic assessment of the market and when we will finally get back to 2007 price levels.
