Here is the latest Closed Sales Price numbers for Danville Real Estate. Check out the upward trend over the last few months. We are fortunate that we live in an area with a robust housing market. I expect the prices to flatten out over the next few months and stay fairly flat throughout 2012. I regularly speak with both buyers and sellers who believe, do to some erroneous reporting, that the real estate market in Danville is crashing. As you can see it is not.
