The following graph shows you what the sales volume is for 1,2, and 3 bedroom home in the bay Area city of San Ramon over the last year. As you can see through mid-August all bedroom configurations sales are relatively flat. This graph includes all new home and resale home sales for Cond0′s, Townhomes, and single family detached homes. One interesting note is that the normal seasonality of the markets where by sales volume decreases in the fall and winter months seems to not apply to these configuration of homes. It will be interesting to track these numbers over the next few weeks as the fallout from the negative economic news filters through the economy.
