I have been involved in many on-line discussions these days regarding the market for Danville real estate and San Ramon real estate. In fact the discussion in relative the the East Bay and the Bay area as a whole. And the participants are really in two camps and are basically at odds in terms of our real estate markets and the economy as a whole.
