It’s interesting to look at the latest statistics for sales and inventory levels of Condo’s and Townhouses in the Bay Area City of Dublin. As you see it is jumping all over the place. What we are finding is that the lack of decision making and a plan in Washington has had a very strong impact on our Bay Area Real Estate Markets. We went from a point not long ago where it looked as if we were rebounding out of the recession. Then, the debates started over raising the debt ceiling and potential budget cuts and tax increases. The lack of progress from our elected officials has caused many to postpone or cancel their home purchases which has a ripple effect on the entire market.
