Is Now the Time to Buy Danville or San Ramon Real estate

In the following video I discuss the current real estate market in the San Ramon Valley with the east bay towns of Danville and San Ramon. In fact this video applies to the entire east bay area. Starting in Q1 of this year we have seen the market rebound from the previous years of sluggish sales and eroding values. In fact the prices and total sales have been rising in the entire east bay. For Danville and San Ramon real estate we saw prices bottom in Q1 2009 but sales really did not pick up until this year. With more short sales and fewer foreclosures I expect the market to continue on this trend. However, we have seen a chink in the rebound armor.
