The following graph shows the median sales prices over the last year for all home sales in San Ramon. The interesting thing about this graph is that just changing the criteria to look at resale single family detached homes you would see prices actually increasing over the last 3 months. I would expect prices to flatten out and remain flat for the next year or so. Of course this is only if we don’t have any major events that may shake the economy.
