The real estate market in the East Bay Area of California and specifically Danville Real Estate, San Ramon Real Estate, and Alamo Real Estate we are seeing a market that is still very similar to the Q4/2009 market. With low inventory, low number of foreclosures and short sales, and low interest rates we are seeing a strong sellers market at the lower price points.
